How To Use
Look at the chord symbol and play the required tones from memory. Use Voicing Target for full chords, shells, guide tones, or rootless 9ths. Target Note Drill trains single landing notes. Approach Tone Drill trains one or two notes resolving into the selected target role. Phrase Builder asks for a short melodic phrase from the selected Solo Source and checks that the final note lands on the target role. Guide Tone Line trains the 3rd and 7th movement through the selected progression. Call and Response plays a short model phrase for you to echo by ear. Choose Progression Timeline, set the count off beside the metronome, choose a Backing sound, press Start, and follow the highlighted chord in time. Use Improv Challenge as the final mixed review across chords, targets, guide tones, phrases, and approaches. Use Practice Plan and the Step Timer when you want a timed routine. Use Coach Pick for one recommended next action. Use Session Recap when you want a clean summary of the current practice session. Use Improv Path when you want a guided order for the tools.
